We provide a 2 year warranty with our STANDARD CASE, MESH CASE. This means within 2 years of purchase, we are happy to provide one replacement (if the item is damaged).
The customer is responsible for shipping cost for warranty replacements, please refer down below for these charges.
USA orders: $6
International orders: $16
Once you receive your replacement you are not eligible for another return or warranty replacement.

If you have received a defective Tempered Glass Screen Protector please send us a photo of the defect.
Please do not remove the protective film on the product as we can not provide a warranty for used Tempered Glass Screen Protectors. Send us a photo and description of the issue firstname.lastname@example.org
All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in undamaged condition (including scratches), with all original packaging (used Tempered Glass Screen Protectors & MagSafe Magnets are not eligible for return)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return request. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 2-4 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipped orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.
Once your order has been shipped it CANNOT be cancelled. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your item to be shipped. If the item is backordered, please allow 1-2 weeks or otherwise stated on product page.
If your address is entered incorrectly and returned to our warehouse, we cannot refund or cancel your order. Please make sure your address is entered correctly.
Please note: Customs, duties, and taxes are not covered for International orders.
