Please take a moment to review these important "Terms of Sale" and understand them before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase. Order Process and Contract
Once you've completed the checkout process on our website, we'll send you an email receipt to confirm we've received your order. This email acts as a confirmation of your order. Upon receiving your payment and shipping your order, a legally binding contract is established between you and TAC. This contract includes your invoice and these Terms of Sale.
Order Cancellation and Refusal
There are certain circumstances where we might need to cancel or refuse an order, such as:
- If there are restrictions on the available quantity for purchase.
- In cases of inaccuracies or errors in product details or pricing information.
- When extra verification or information is required before accepting an order.
Should we need to cancel your order after your credit card has been charged, we'll promptly issue a credit for the charged amount back to your credit card. We're committed to transparency and will keep you informed about the status of your order.
Currency and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars (USD). Any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or import duties are your responsibility and will be added to the invoice during the order process. All payments under the contract, as defined by the invoice and these Terms of Sale, are in USD.
Payment Methods
You can make your purchase using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shopify Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal. By using any of these payment methods, you authorize us to charge the specified amount in the invoice to your chosen payment option. Please ensure that the billing and registration information you provide is accurate and truthful, as providing false or inaccurate information violates these Terms of Sale.
Product Availability
Product availability on our website may vary. If the product you want isn't available when you order, we won't fulfill the order, and you won't be charged. While we strive for accuracy in product information and pricing on our site, mistakes can happen. If there's a mistake in pricing, information, or stock availability, we have the right to choose not to fulfill orders for that item. We'll promptly inform you if there's any such issue.
Website Availability
Occasionally, our website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We're not responsible for any issues or costs that may arise due to the website being unavailable.
Order Delivery and Risk
We'll send your order to the address you provided (Note: Address must be valid) using the delivery method you selected. We're not responsible for any loss or damage after shipping. If your order is lost during delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Please note: We are not liable for any extra tax or duties for international shipments.
Returns and Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it begins processing, and such cancellations will result in a full refund to your payment method. To return or exchange items, you need our explicit approval. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for a refund, minus the shipping cost. The shipping cost is NOT based on the customer-paid sipping cost but the actual shipping cost that we have paid for the shipment.
Opened Screen Protectors or MagSafe+ Magnet accessories are not eligible for return.
We provide a 7-day return policy for our products. The return request must be made 7 days after the product is delivered.
Please note that a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all opened returned items to cover processing and handling costs.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package and the selected shipping method. Rates are clearly displayed at the checkout before completing your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Undelivered Goods
We do not provide refunds for undelivered items, as we can't control the delivery process once the item leaves our warehouse. If your order does not arrive at the valid delivery address you provided within the expected time stated in the shipping confirmation, please let us know, and we'll do our best to assist, but please note that refunds for undelivered items are not provided.
Warranties
Our STANDARD CASE and MESH CASE models come with a 2-year warranty. If your product gets damaged within 2 years of purchase, we're here to help with a replacement (as long as the product is available) Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost when requesting a warranty replacement. Once you receive your replacement, you won't be eligible for another return or warranty replacement unless otherwise stated.
Limited Liability
Our responsibility under the contract, as outlined in your invoice and these Terms of Sale, is limited to the total amount you paid for the product(s) mentioned in your invoice, excluding any extra charges and taxes. Additionally, our responsibility is further limited to actual damages experienced. Under no circumstances are we liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages. This provision remains valid even after the contract ends, expires, or is fully executed.
Applicable Law and Venue
This Agreement will be considered as if it was executed and performed in Flagstaff, Arizona. It will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, regardless of conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be exclusively heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Validity and Enforcement
If any part of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will still be fully effective. Not enforcing any provision in this Agreement doesn't mean we waive the right to enforce it later. Our rights under this Agreement will persist even after the Agreement has ended.
Indemnification
By using our website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the relevant parties, including subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, subcontractors, attorneys, agents, and other partners and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or expense that may arise due to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.
